13 years of Roodstock

Each August for 13 years, Jamie and I — along with family and friends — have made Roodstock a highly anticipated day on our property, all in support of the Timber Pointe Foundation's mission.

What is Roodstock? It's an outdoor party, a picnic, a music festival, and a gathering of friends old and new. There's no ticket to get in and no long speeches. Guests are simply asked to bring a generous heart.

As always, expect great live music ranging from country to classic rock, incredible pulled-pork barbecue smoked right on site, a bags tournament, the ever-popular live chicken bingo, and much more!

A Special Year

Celebrating 30 years of the Timber Pointe Foundation

Roodstock 2026 will be a special one. This year we want to extend a special invitation to all of our donors, partners, and volunteers, as we celebrate — and show how much we appreciate you. We do hope you'll join us!

And once again, an amazing donor has agreed to MATCH our event donations — doubling whatever we raise this year will be added directly to the Foundation.

Long-time Roodstock favorite Craig Gerdes Band entertains all afternoon. Then Self Titled — a young band rocketing up the Minneapolis classic-rock scene — closes out the night.

Phenomenal pulled pork, smoked all day right here on the property by our lifelong friends Bob & Becky Bieber. As always — it does not disappoint.

Our buddy Andy Rae and the crew at Yukon Cornelius Brewers donate kegs every year, specially brewed just for Roodstock — including their own Roodstock Red Ale, on tap just for us.

Why We Do This

The Timber Pointe Foundation

Established in 1996, the Timber Pointe Foundation exists for one purpose: to generate and manage funds that support Timber Pointe Outdoor Center — an Easter Seals camp on Lake Bloomington offering camping, outdoor recreation, and outdoor education to children and adults with disabilities or special needs, and their families.
